Our Customer Service Philosophy
We’re often told that what sets us apart from our competitors is the fact that we actually listen to what our clients want and then deliver it. From first contact to the final delivery, we work with you to understand your vision, and strive to tailor your finished product to your specific needs. Your feedback is important to us during the design process as well—which again sets us apart from most of our competitors!
Of course, due to the nature of the work we do, it’s not always possible to deliver everything our clients want in every case. However, rather than saddle you with a sub-standard product, we will always offer our professional recommendation as to how to proceed and what will give you what you need.
Similarly, while we are compulsive clock-watchers who always strive to stay within budget as much as possible, there is always the chance that problems arise and a project will go over budget. Bottom line: in this creative field there are no guarantees, and anyone who tells you otherwise is either lying or is offering inferior services. But nevertheless, our name (and yours!) is on the line with every project we undertake, so we always do our best to deliver the highest quality at the lowest price possible.
If there’s one thing we can’t stand, it’s tricky pricing and hidden fees. For this reason, from the first time you first contact us, we will consider your proposal carefully and then offer you an estimate before starting any paid work. This enables you to have a ball-park idea of what the total package will cost before giving us the go-ahead.
Due to the varied nature of services we provide and the unique needs of each project, it would be meaningless to list off numbers here. But in part because we are a very small firm, our overhead is quite low, which enables us to offer very competitive rates on the services we offer.
